His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, honored the winners of the 2nd cycle of the Best m-Government Service Award at the national, Arab, and international levels, and the category of university students in the UAE, at the end of the 3rd Government Summit held from 9th to 11th of February, under the slogan “Shaping Future Governments”, in Al Jumeirah in Dubai.
His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, attended the awards ceremony, along with a number of Sheikhs, and Ministers, and senior officials.
