Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works and Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy yesterday witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Public Works and the National Bureau of Statistics in order to create a statistical database on housing and development at the national level.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Abdullah Belhev Al Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works and Rashed Khamis Al Suwaidi, Director General of the National Bureau of Statistics.

Under the MoU, bpth sides will cooperate to create databases linked to the National Bureau of Statistic’s database and operating according to the methodologies, definitions, classifications and technical standards and forms approved by the Bureau.

The signing of the MoU was attended by a number of officials.
