The National Transport Authority (NTA) announced the completion of its e-forum, designed to pave the way for stakeholders’ logging onto the forum and taking part in discussion of NTA’s issues and services.
NTA has an established belief in encouraging public’s opinions and proposals and strives to open discussions for stakeholders as their opinions are of critical importance to the organization. It is also in pursuit of utmost dealer satisfaction and affirms the principle of complete transparency of adopted resolutions and policies by opening the door for all people to communicate with the NTA and give their ideas and proposals professionally with a view to have practically constructive participations to improve service level.
NTA, therefore, has been of the view to activate e-participation via its website through many ways that dealers can take part in. Such ways include customer satisfaction surveys and questionnaires, discussion forum, commentary on website contents and the organization’s pages on social networking websites. Also, stakeholders can directly contact with NTA’s employees during working hours.
The Forum objective is to get stakeholders involved in the Forum services as to improve NTA’s services in general, specifically electronic services, proposals and contribution to related issues. The NTA invites a stakeholder to talk about his/her experience with the NTA’s electronic services in the UAE.
The Authority primarily intends to find a suitable mechanism of dialogue and interaction with customers in particular and public website visitors in general to hear their opinions, complaints and proposals. The Authority is committed to receive, study and carefully reply their participations with studied answers when these remarks or proposals pertain to the NTA’s policies and services. It puts the Forum for stakeholders’ participation as they can visit NTA’s website and log to ‘E-Participation’ on homepage and, then, to ‘Discussion Forum’ and participation in the Forum.
