The National Media Council (NMC) and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The MoU was signed by Director General of the National Media Council (NMC), Ibrahim Al Abed and Dr. Hamad Bin Al Sheikh Al-Shaibani, Director-General of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department.

The two sides agreed to carry out inspection visits to libraries and printing and publishing houses in addition to establishing an administrative framework for the direct and continuous coordination between the two sides.
