Under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works, the National Media Council (NMC) is organizing “National Media Identity Forum” in cooperation with the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) on 24th of this month.
The forum which is held in Abu Dhabi comes within the celebrations of UAE’s 40th National Day.
Sheikh Hamdan, who is also the Chairman of NMC said that the forum is an initiative that aims to focus on paying attention and awareness of media’s essential role in the promotion of national identity in a time when the state is celebrating the 40th National Day.
The Forum will gather 19 speakers and journalists across the UAE and GCC states to share their professional experiences in the field of media interaction with national identity
