Abu Dhabi, Aug. 26th, 2011–H.E. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Public Works, has launched the Customer Service Charter for the Ministry of Public Works, which sets out the service standards that satisfy customers and meet their needs and expectation.
The initiative comes in line with the government’s vision to transform the UAE into one of the best countries in the world by 2021 and in implementation of the Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services, launched by the UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The Charter guarantees the Ministry’s commitment to treat clients fairly and with utmost care, respect and courtesy; and to provide speedy delivery and high-quality services through the appropriate channels.
