His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Chancellor of the UAE University, extended his deepest thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of leadership of development, building, and prosperity, becoming a unique model in the style of governance, wisdom, and patriotism, where the ideas and initiatives of His Highness represent theories on power and style of successful leadership, upon which fixed national pillars are based, which has led to many achievements at the local, regional and international levels, boosting at the same time the status of the UAE internationally.
His Excellency said, “In the UAE, Allah Almighty granted us a unique leadership able to bear the burden of responsibility and take the lead in providing all requirements of development and growth according to the highest global standards and indicators”, stressing that “the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum embodied all our aspirations and ambitions, shortened all distances and times, and opened wide horizons towards assuming the global leadership positions, through initiatives launched by His Highness in all fields, which are the product of brainstorming of national experience, and the product of a future vision to achieve what is best for the UAE people, and the people of the whole world as well, and make them happy, through the status of the State and its intellectual and cultural interaction potential, and its adoption of comprehensive national policies, which have been able to provide an umbrella of security and safety, and achieve higher growth, prosperity and happiness rates”.
His Excellency pointed out that “excellence and success in the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum are the big title that characterized the years of building and giving. The last ten year were full of achievements on systematic and scientific foundations, and it is a great honor for the UAE people that they have learned in the school of wisdom and patriotism which His Highness laid on solid foundations, and which made creativity, innovation, ambition, and teamwork a launch base. His Highness’s successful vision has contributed as a generous leader in promoting the positive initiative, making everyone work within an integrated and homogeneous national team that translates the attitudes and aspirations into action on the ground, and opens avenues for dialogue and exchange of innovative ideas”.
His Excellency also stressed that the congratulations of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, is evidence of the outstanding wisdom and leadership of His Highness, which achieved development, goodness, and prosperity to all parts of the State, and promoted the national cohesion in its best forms and contents.
