His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, congratulated the Ministry’s staff in general and the employees of Customer Service Center in Dubai which won five stars in the Global Star Rating System for Services – customer service in the federal government, and the Abu Dhabi Customer Service Center of the Ministry won four stars, stressing the need to build momentum and continue to work hard to achieve the best results and positions.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, announced, on Wednesday, October 7th, 2015, the results of ranking of all customer service centers at the State level, and he wrote on his Twitter account: “UAE is the only country in the world that ranks its government centers using the star rating system of the hotel sector, because anyone who visits the government’s headquarter is our guest and deserves the best”. His highness also congratulated the top centers.
