His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, congratulated the Ministry’s staff, partners, customers, and employees of the Cultural Attachés abroad on the occasion of Eid Al Adha, praying to Allah the Almighty to restore this occasion on all of them with good health, and on the UAE, its leadership, its people, and the Arab and Islamic nations with blessings. He also prayed to Allah the Almighty to preserve His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler Dubai, and their brothers the UAE’s Rulers.
