His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, visited Zabeel Palace in Dubai, and offered his condolences to his Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and his family on the passing of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who passed away on Saturday morning, 19th of September 2015, his Excellency expressed his deepest and sincere condolences, praying to Allalah the Almighty to give them patience and fortitude, and for to rest his soul in peace.
