His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Chancellor of UAE University, chaired the first meeting of the Council of the University for the academic year 2015/2016, on Wednesday 16th of September 2015, at his Excellency’s Office on campus in Al Ain City.
The University Council will review at its first meeting of the academic year 2015/2016, a range of important issues which contribute to promote the path of UAE University towards leadership and excellence in higher education and scientific research at the regional and global levels, which focuses on providing a distinct and creative learning environment and an incubator for innovation, that attract students, and continuing its leading role being the mother University in advancing scientific excellence achieved by the University in accordance with its strategic plan and the quality, excellence and academic and institutional accreditation standards.
