His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, confirmed that the senior Muslim scholars are facing extraordinary and major challenges and standing up to advocates of sedition and chaos.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi during his reception at his Majlis at Qasr Al Bahar for the scientists participating in the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies, said that the responsibility is big, and we all share it for maintaining the spirit of brotherhood and love in many trouble spots before the spread of hatred, violence and incitement.
His Highness and the Muslim scholars exchanged friendly talks about the events and activities of the Forum and its role in the face of extremist ideas that are contrary to the principles of Islam, and the importance of promoting the true image of the values of Islam, which call for tolerance, moderation, justice and peace, benevolence, and coexistence.
The Majlis was attended by His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a number of Sheikhs, ministers, and senior officials.
