In response to the directives of Hamdan bin Mubarak, Higher Education opens a customer service center in Dubai

In implementation of the directives of his Excellency Sheikh “Hamdan Bin Mubarak”, the “Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research” will open on Tuesday (15-4-2014) a “Customer Service Center” in “Dubai”, in order to facilitate the services provided for customers in “Dubai” and the Northern Emirates.

The new center is located in “Oud Metha”, “Sheikh Rashid Road”, at “Spectrum Building”, which is located near “ENOC” and “EPCO” gas stations, and it will receive the customers from (7:30) AM to (2:30) PM.

The center will deliver many services which will provide comfort for all, most notably; the equivalency of certificates issued by the accredited higher education institutions abroad, the attestation of certificates issued by the private and licensed higher education institutions inside the State, and the facilitation of registration procedures for students in the local higher education institutions.

The center will also provide scholarship applications for the students, a flight ticket for scholars, a financial guarantee certificate for scholars, “To whom it may concern” certificate accredited by the local and private higher education institutions inside the State, an inquiry application of an educational institution or academic program, and “To whom it may concern” certificate for the equivalency procedures, and many other services related to the Ministry.

The opening of this new center in “Dubai” comes to facilitate the delivery of the “Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research”’s services to all areas and Emirates of the States, in the easiest and fastest ways, and it kindly requests its customers to refer to the “Service Index” on its website to view the required documents for each service, and the important information related to it prior to visiting the center.
